Why GBLC wants to rise money at 13.125 cents? while ago trading at 50 cents. I guess Ryu is buying the (private placement) all of them (76 millions +76 milloins of warrents). Again huge dilution and total 152 millions going to add. Total number of shares in GBLC will reah to 450 millions if all warrents exercised.
