RE:RE:Your serious contemplation pleaseIf another company comes in to bid on Zena with hopes of out-bidding HEXO they will likely account for any penalities to be paid etc so, if there is a 6 mil payment owed to HEXO the new bidder will account for it IMHO.
ZENA is not going to agree to a deal that doesn't take all of that into account, just makes common sense
