RE:RE:RE:JE OTC March 23rdHi Tommy, I hope you are right and I'm sure lots of others shareholders hope as well.  However, without a reverse charge from ERCOT, I don,t think JE will be able to survive.  OR if the legal structure is well builded, only JE Texas will fall in bankruptcy.  For now, we are waiting for the decision of the Texas court.  My big disaspointment is the major failure came by energy supplier who had problem with frozen generator or running out of gas and it created a big distortion between the OFFER Vs  Demand.  The energy suppliers should be penalised for their failure.  GLTA  Gaillard.
