It's a combination really. Shorts have def. depressed this and keep doing so by putting up these walls. I have tried to also put up walls at a higher price to bring it up. The sector is down, especially smaller ev companies like Exro. I am very suprised it went down to this level. Tommorow I think you see the inverse. But who knows now!!!! Glta
