RE:Rapport D'Edison Group

RE:Rapport D'Edison Group
For those thinking of investing in GBAR or those already invested, I strongly suggest a read of the Edison Group report as it is very comprehensive and highly informative.  This same group did a good job on the report issued on MQR prior to the transaction with YRI.

I would like to address the concerns raised by Michelville here.  The price targets you see throughout the report are not future price targets but rather the value of GBAR today based on certain future assumptions made by the author of the report.  The author uses a discounted cash flow method and discounts back all future cash flows up to and including 2027 using a 10% discount rate.

So the optimistic price of $1.58 quoted is the price of GBAR today using the best case scenario assumptions in the report excluding anything related to M&A, fast tracking of McKensie or Swanson or exploration success at either Beaufor or Croinor.

The $1.00 target is what the shares are worth today based on the base case scenario of what the company has outlined it would like to do.  I know 2027 is a long way out but it is no different than some of the newbie companies coming public via SPACs these days.

I think the assumptions used in the base case scenario are achievable by this management team but it is up to everyone here to make their own assessment and conclusion.
