Im w/ Johnny, lotta noise out there...even if housing prices cool off a bit.  People will see that as opportunity and there are allot of people hording cash from not travelling and being couped up.<br /> 3rd wave only means more remodeling, a acquisition is only thing that kinda makes sense with IFP & CFP.<br /> Buy hipefully at the floor and ride it to the ceiling as analyst have predicted!<br /> <br />
