Hi Tommy and Pointer, yours comments brings us nowhere, unfortunately.

Pointer, do you still own some shares from JE ?  If so, feel free to bring any good or bad news that you are aware.  If you sold your shares, good for you, U R DaMan.  So now you can leave this board, with courtesy and respect.  You don't need to put people down to increase you up.  You may have big money, good for you, but it didn't bring you good manners.  Hope some day we will meet, have a drink or two, shake hands and say good bye with respect.  For now, if you reply, I will not see it because you are on my ignore list.  Sorry.  I didn't have enough knowledge of JE coporpate structure organigram and Texas regulation to take the decision as soon as the announced the dammage of the Weather event.
