RE:SPECIALTY STEEL RAW MATERIALS MARKET REPORT 24/03: Ferro-vanI really doubt that price will continue to fall with an infrastructure bill about to be signed in the U.S. and similar spending on the uptrend around the world.  Demand for steel should be strong for several years.
