Disagree Dileas48s. I am a 30+ yr client with sizable holdings and similar issues as Frances1. Sent a request in January for clarification/assistance no reply, so 2 months later followed up with a 2nd request reminding them I never rec'd a response to 1st request still no response 3 weeks later. Poor service. Here is a clip from their financials 2020.

Global Wealth Management reported adjusted earnings of $1,297 million in 2020, up 7%. The results were supported by strong mutual fund net sales in Canada and record iTRADE volumes.
