What's more, inventory of SKUs (retail units) is going extremely high for 2.0 products. = maybe the sole customer OILS has will not order before a while.

What does it mean for OILS? whatever demand there is, it will be small occasional orders/ spot contracts. = OILS is not competitive at micro orders.

OILS IP is worthless because most of it is about extraction. Nobody will care about that when canopy loses it's bet against Jazz "full of money" pharmaceuticals. It's gonna be a classic KO by the bigger pockets.

USA legalization actually renders OILS IP useless because of the high demand/ scale will make CO2 a decent FREE option.
