RE:It smells of bankruptcy ...No bankruptcy here. Just a lowball capital raise that screws long time investors. So, if I get some shares for 17¢ I will sell at 21¢, the price Charles has set for the raise. I am no longer willing to average down and risk holding new shares above their public offering.
