RE:RE:RE:NewsJF - Excellent analysis.  And, FWIW, I think the financing will be oversubscribed.  The big boys know that Questex likely has the goods - just needs drilling to confirm.  With the technical expertise know in place, together with the funding, I like Questex's odds even better.
