what's the problem? 100m pit is no depth. Stripp off not more than 1:1.
for Open pit 460k oz indicated with 2.1 g/t, 270k wirh 2.7 g//t. All above 1.5 g/t will be very profitable. potential for open pit is fine.

For underground much more Ressources have to proved. 5 g/t okay, but not more. Probability low because of conglomerate style. Underground Capex Risk to High to make it without jorc.
