It holds a 100% interest in two graphite properties located in Quebec: The Miller Graphite Project and Asbury Graphite Project. The Miller Graphite Property is located in Grenville Sur la Rouge, Quebec. The Miller hydrothermal lump-vein historical graphite mine and surrounding property cover approximately 100 square kilometers (km2) and is located 80 kilometers (km) west of Montreal in the Grenville Township. The Asbury Graphite Project is made up of two claims for a total of 119 hectares (ha). It is located 8.1km northeast of Notre-Dame-Du-Laus in the Laurentides Region of southern Quebec.

The debt increased from 229k in the last announcement to 409k in this one?! What exactly was being done over the last few years to earn around 200k/year. Add in the 120k per year to the wifeCFO/newCEO, there is a lot more debt to pay back.
Ridiculous IMO the management sums charged for a company doing basically nothing for the last few years.
