The problem is they kept promising to buy a business that was a going concern and then just kept sitting on their holdings and didn't do anything. Unless company, useless CEO, useless Board of Directors. If I ever see Pierre Pettigrew I'm going to tell him he was almost as useless a Minister as he is a company Board member.
