If you get the job done then you won't see negative comments -which are generally true.

Taking 2 1/2 yrs to launch a product that can be life saving frustrates your investors and potentially has missed the chance for life saving early diagnosis.

maybe you shouldn't worry about "mean" words and sell some of the DermSecure systems.
