RE:K2 = Monument Mining

It is not like we are asking for anything extraordinary from management.

We are simply asking that management pay attention to the share price, after nearly a decade of neglect and low liquidity.

Its not all that difficult to deliver.

Acquire the services of a reputable IR agency with a network of broker contacts.

Jazz up the news releases to modern professional standards  and use such stimulating news to put some air underneath the share price.

Urge management members holding few or no shares to buy in the open market.

Give Monument more publicity by having our NRs included in the dozen or so junior resource newsletters and publications, including banner ads in Stockhouse.

Secure at least one coverage in a well subscribed News/ investment advisory

Instituting such measures should move the share price up to the 30 cent range.

Then do a $20 million PP to raise funds to take production potential to the next level.

These are standard operating procedures used everyday by junior miners and explorers.

Such measures will bring ordinary shareholders onside, eliminating the current caustic situation , which is benefiting no one.

It is eminently doable.

And,

RE:RE:K2 = Monument Mining

noz.... very good, about directors and management holding shares, a new company bylaw should be passed, requiring management, and Board of Directors,  to hold a minimum number of shares as a condition of employment.

This is to make sure they have "skin in the game", and insurances that they would work to improve the companies share price, for all shareholders .....  Richard
