Emergency $$ in Dec, April 19 Shareholders meeting cancelled

FACTs...

April 19 Shareholder & Special meeting cancelled....NO EXPLANATION from EVE.

RBC loan waiver expires in April....will EVE have trouble with RBC? Will it meet the RBC debt covenents, etc?

Shipments to Germany....not a word since Dec on any more shipments.

Now it's wait until mid to end of April for year end 2020 financials...after $4.22 million loss in Q3.
