RE:"Talent sets the floor, character sets the ceiling."Well said SBJ.  I'm new to board, but there does seem to be a very high degree of frustration on here, which is one of the things I like to guage before I take a position.  Fairly apparent that a lot of people on the board are underwater on GRB,  so I understand how that leads to frustration (which leads to tempers flaring), especially when public deadlines aren't met.  Hopefully there is news from the CEO soon.   I can only imagine how challenging it would be to be the CEO of 2 different publicly traded companies, so we do have to bear that in mind.
