RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:now it looks like a great investmentYa, It's hard to say, though, why the RTO went sour.  In a weird why though I wonder what would have happened if the deal had gone through in light of the unforeseen COVID -19 pandemic.  Bravio Entertainment is a betting and gaming company with additional enterprises tacked on to round out the entire business.  When COVID-19 hit how many world cup soccer teams were grounded and games cancelled as a result of the pandemic.  Players couldn't play.  Gamblers couldn't place bets on their favorite teams and fans could not attend games in the big stadiums.  Bravio's online dating service, that operates out of India, if I recall correctly, probably to a big hit, financially, since people in India were likely facing lock-down like their counterparts all over the world.  With world businesses greatly affected by shutdowns and all of the other headwinds Bravio Entertainment probably took a major hit to it's bottom line.  Add, the overall costs associated with the RTO and the integration of Lotto-Gopher Holdings into the fold and I suspect that there would have been more than a few company corporate accountants lying awake at night trying to figure out haw they were going to get the books to balance out and businesses are still affected by the impact of the pandemic and probably will be going into the second half of 2021.  There are so many gaming and media companies coming to market now it may be that for Bravio and Lotto-Gopher to destinguish themselves from the rest of the field both will have to be swollowed up by one of the bigger players or relaunch as part of the now very popular SPAC's that are coming to the US equity markets.  I guess we'll find out one day in the future but, I hope in the not too distant future.
