1) FAF is half the cap of HITI for very similar numbers,
2) both companies are highly undervalued based on PS ratio when compared to (almost any) industry peer,
3) FAF has a ton of growth left to do in Canada,
4) Mexico is legalizing (ATD has stores there),
5) Q4 should show results above 30M,
6) moving to near 40M for 2021Q1, which will put 2021 earnings above 150M,
7 )the company has become EBITDA positive.

Bottom line, stock will explore after Q4 results. All of this is short-term pain due to general market morosity, and perhaps institutions trying to push the stock price down to accumulate.
