ProMIS Neurosciences Inc. is a development stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on generating and developing antibody therapeutics selectively targeting toxic misfolded proteins in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease (AD), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and multiple system atrophy (MSA), an alpha-synucleinopathy. Its proprietary target discovery engine applies a thermodynamic, computational discovery platform - ProMIS and Collective Coordinates - to predict novel targets known as Disease Specific Epitopes on the molecular surface of misfolded proteins. Using this approach, the Company is developing novel antibody therapeutics for AD, ALS and MSA. Its product portfolio includes PMN310 / Amyloid-beta, PMN267 / TDP-43, and PMN442 / Alpha-synuclein. The Company plans to investigate additional synucleinopathies, including Parkinson's disease (PD) and dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB). Its wholly owned subsidiary is ProMIS Neurosciences (US) Inc.

RE:RE:RE:RE:PMN is #1 on TSX todayIt's not about lying, the system allows for so much selective disclosure that only idiots get caught lying and Elliot is no idiot.  If the shares reach $6 by 2028, the life of his options, he will have made over $100,000,000 between shares and options that cost him nothing. But that wasn't enough, he had to also take the cash now while it was critical to company's scientific work and while every dollar raised cost multiples in credibility and share price. That's what really rubs me.

I have no idea how strong Elliot's board support is, but I imagine it needs a serious shake-up too.
