Gap filling explanation.

Gap filling explanation. From the Equalizer on Yahoo board:historically 9 out of 10 gaps get filled, and one of the reasons they do is because shorts will take advantage of it, for those out there that still don't know how this works i will explain: when shorts see these gaps they will borrow shares to sell them, that’s right, shorts will borrow and sell shares they don't own, especially when the stock had a run based on fomo, especially when shorts find a board full of rocket gifs and unrealistic price targets, so lots of money comes in high volume with hype, swing traders know there’s a gap too and they sell for quick money when there’s spike, in this process the inexperienced buy near or at all time high and then panic sell as the price starts to drop, stop losses trigger and the domino effect happens, sentiment goes down as many people lose money, money from swing traders is gone since they did their thing, what’s left is people that believed in the long term potential and didn’t sell and the bashers/shorts trying to bring the price down for more profit, where they will buy their shares back to return them, it’s what people call short squeeze after the stock has consolidated and found some ground to build the next leg up, rinse and repeat, only companies with strong fundamentals survive this process and come out victorious, pure law of the jungle, no gaps to fill for cbdt at this point, glta
