Major Dilution Coming

Ray, are you on this board? See below post from Jeff on the BUZZ board this morning.
He continues to claim a major dilution is coming, but he now says that you and have Goldy have confirmed this. I have asked Goldy on the Buzz board if he did in fact confirm this with Jeff, and if so, how he was able to confirm this, and I am awaiting his reply. But I am not aware of a Ray on the BUZZ board, so I am assuming you are on this board. Would you be able to confirm what Jeff is saying? And same question I asked Goldy, if you were able to confirm this dilution, how were you able to confirm it?
