RE:Any idea why this stock is being held back? In my experience most investors rely upon their comfort level rather than the fundamentals of the issuer. When the price recedes their comfort level decreases despite the fact the metrics are improving. This is especially true with deep value where most are afraid to buy until the value worsens (gets more expensive). This is quite apparent in the six month chart. Earnings reports have served as comfort for most as price spikes on better volume have followed each time. The lower trend line is showing that increasingly more are realizing the value of buying the dips.
