Bill Gates is putting his money into saving the plant. Which means going green and that takes rare earths. As for the reactor, like I said I had to wait a week while the marines got the top secret stuff off the boat. Ended up in the engine room clearing a cut path for flame cutting the hull. Took coffee with the crew that was left. Ask questions about how things were layout. Got told the story about the new kind of reactor and then the which back to the regular one, then the upgrade to the newest type reactor. Reactor layout changed three time in building the boat. Thought Gates would be interested, if nothing else it would be an idea to kick around with his nuke engineers.
