My only previous knowledge of Pareto had to do with the "Pareto Principle" versus the Norwegian investment brokerage making the rounds over the past few days; with a Google search suggesting some past?? "issues" with the regulators.

Any elaboration (prior relevant history etc.) would be helpful.
