A lot of investors are very upset with the SP. I have never seen these many law firms are filing lawsuits again a company. They smelled the blood basically. If there is any illegal thing that MC did, BOD should fire him. IMHO, the difference between so callled, an innovative manager/investor and a conartist is paper thin.
