Why Up list now?

Why Up list now? The ugliness of the Mariner Reporty is fading, if we put out 2-3 news releases on improving technical testing with our affiliates, move the share price back into the $ 5.00 CDN range, THEN do the up list to TSE. My worry is moving it up now with shorters still circling we will not see much benefit for months.
