RE:RE:Letter to Bill Gates Bill Gates "saving" the planet is laughable! Just imagine the impact on the environment of his five mansions, from taking all the material from nature that went into them, transporting to building site and heating and cooling. His private jets are massive emmiters of greenhouse gases. And how and how about his huge superyacht? The guy has way too much
from a global perspective--how can that be because he tells everyone to think globally! He's a fraud when it comes to climate impact, but people never even think of calling him out. Of coarse, selfish Republicans could care less about anbody else or any of this. But he did have someone meet trick-or-treaters at the gate of his 66,000 square foot mansion in Medina every Hallowen with amazing treats, including for my kids.
"It took seven years and a whopping $63 million to complete. Bill Gates’ home is valued at between $127-170 million depending on the source. And, what’s especially interesting is the fact that Gates purchased the lot for just $2 million back in 1988.
The Bill Gates mansion includes 7 bedrooms and an insane 24 bathrooms, ten of which are full-size. It also includes a 60-foot swimming pool complete with an underwater music system, a 2,500-square-foot gym, a 1,000-square-foot dining room, six kitchens, and a trampoline room complete with a 20-foot ceiling. And that’s not all, folks. The home also includes a 2,100 square-foot library complete with two secret bookcases and a hidden bar. Of the various interesting purchases the business magnate has made include a 16th-century manuscript from Leonardo da Vinci himself. It was purchased at an auction in 1994 for $30.8 million."
