RE:RE:Timing in oil sector can make or break you. You can be long and stay and hold in many sectors but commodity sectors are better played as a trading vehicle.  I am not talking short term but a good bull run in oils can take 5 years or so and 5 to 10 baggers in small O&G can occur.  Unfortunately these runs end and the results can get ugly.  Look at TVE, it rose beautifully to about $7.50 in the summer of 2014 and then eventually hit 40 cents last year.  I truly believe we are in the early innings of a bull run in oils and expect to see some huge gains in the next year or so but don't be afraid to take some off the top if there is a very quick run.  I think TVE has played this game smart, picking up several years of drilling opportunities at a time before valuations and land prices begin to soar.  This could be a couple of fun years.
