I can confirm that the 20k production capacity is a milestone - directly from Paul. He did however caveate that confirmation with a "that's a milestone not a sales forecast". I'm paraphrasing here but take that for what's its worth.

That is bull poop, and I don't want anyone being disappointed if KNR meets the "milestones", and it is far less than 20,000.

Remember, we only need to sell 200 BioClouds per month to justify a $3 share price.

So anything above 200 is a win. Don't fall for the pumping bs. We may get to 20,000 eventually, but it isn't tied to the Ontario funding.
