RE:RE:RE:RE:Timing in oil sector can make or break you. I really like your last quote.  This has been my philosophy buying small companies:  When you go to the reace, don't bet on the horse, bet on the jockey.  That served me well when I knew the current jockeys but now I've been out of the game for a while so I tend to stay with the ones I know best.  TVE has some very good jockeys.
