CIBC Update
CIBC UpdateAs I suspected, there was no change in my CIBC account this morning. I again contacted my broker, who told me that the 'Back Office' had sent him a paragraph about the sale agreement having to be ratified. I told him that it was a 'snow job', and they were brushing him off. He agreed, and promised that he will call them, and explain that other brokerage clients had not only received their shares/warrants, but had traded them. He also said that there were many CIBC client who had the old VCAN shares.
I am at a total loss as to why CIBC has dropped the ball so badly.
Does anyone have an email address of a VIP/Ombudsman in CIBC?
Any suggestions gratefully received.
