Top dog Up to now, I've had 2 horrendous dogs in my portfolio, BBD and NRTH. As awful as BBD has been, today, 48 earns the prize for top dog.
But... there is a glimmer of hope... yes, hope because now investing in this is just that. Today was the fire. The rest of the week the smoke begins to clear. Penny stocks can change like the weather. Let's see what happens but I don't think this sinks to hell. The outdoor play is dead, but the game is still alive.
Don't be surprised if the banter here soon changes to how cash heavy they are and competitively flexible without the financial weight of a huge farm, one where they only used 1/3rd of last year, yet still managed to improve their bottom line. This plus the prospect of profitability and/or a buyout might be the impetus for another rally later in the year. If we get one, I am taking it to the bank.
