It holds rights on an evolving Duvernay light oil play that offers potential material upside to the Company.

I think IPO is an absolute gem of a company. They have free cash flow that is about half their share price and debt to cash flow projected to be 1.2 to 1.5. Good balance sheet, excellent management. I think 3 times their current stock price is a good start point for an acquisition price so I hope they start to get noticed.
