Of course there's a minimum share price requirement, and I think it's $1. But in order for XLY to meet the requirements, one would be a reverse split, and imo, it's going to be a 10:1 split. I don't think they want to debut with $1 share price. So I think a $3.50-$4.00 debut is a more likely scenario.
