I own, 45 k in warrants HITI.WT.

Last Monday I asked TD to covert the warrants to shares, for liquidity. The conversion should have been warrant +$03.5. However, after the conversion, I got 0.824 shares for every warrant at a cost 0f $0.4576. I am currently in discussions with TD to see what happened.

When I first called, I asked the TD rep to check what the conversion rate was and I was told it would be $0.35 per share.

My suggestion, call your broker and have them check the warrant conversion before you buy.
