RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:How in the Hell did I get into this?
more - off / more like it..  i hav only been w this since sept..

i think NCU has good parallel - slim - cash n hand...  what caught me.. is the ventilators..  sounds like they got hit w the equivalent of Conditional Level Deficiency in 2020...  scarry term - but basically an inspection by a fire marshall who leaves a notice - fix the lites in the exit area/rear...

in this case..  NCU has to locate a source of fans..  gets a saftey wogg/engineer or industrial hygenist who orders some parts..  submitts a written response to the mine compliance person..  toss in a few details of what the gear is - ann estimate for delivery completion..

since these nitices are federal..  they come w a 45 day to comply -to- the initial notice w a written corrective action/details..  these details do not hav to be released directly to the public; onset of notice to corr act..  its when they do not respond and are tossed into noncompliance - then the issue becomes public..

NCU kinda' trickled this out in the Feb Update - didn't assign a cost..

basically it sounds like the mine was having air quality issues under ground..  if they are burning diesel -- then they were running into PELS and TWA  ???

the vents are not cheap...  ahqw - it appears they have recieved a final inspection from the state MSA division & NCU shuld bee good to goo..

my guess is the transloading...  5K is about 2 rail cars..  transloading generally implies 10 cars sitting on a side trak..  similar to a grain silo operation..

my thnking is 50K tons coming out of that area..  soo that that will B the next ramp up target..

it also looks like Nevada Gold made another deal w the first nation @ shurtz - who get the the new rail switch..  talking abut dumping side loaders directly into rail boxes..  probably looking @ 10-20 mmillion and some frsh U-Pak Rail..

ahw - last more off can buy some baby wipes - clean up his lost fourtunes...
