That is true.  However we just dont have a good idea re what their adult sales will look like.  If we end up with a 30-40% decline in wholesale in Q1 relative to Q4 then that will be difficult to overcome with increases in medical, international etc...  What we do know is that they announced $14 million in aggreements to sell wholesale outdoor crop back in december with majority in Q4.  December sales of weed was strong in industry thanks to people gifting for xmas.  The remaing 4 million booked for Q1 in addition to any other follow thru sales.  We stll have a situation with over supply at this stage so we will have to wait and see.
