It was approved. It is now up to the Board of Directors to decide when and what factor to use.

Only ±10% of Ui's clients use the Ui's business software. So the Gross Merchant Volume is calculated from these cclients (±10%). Only a small fraction of the Gross Merchant Volume is actually included in Ui's revenue.

Once the patent is delivered, UI will likely announce a contract with a retailer and with a museum.

Now investors wait for news to roll in, for management to execute and for partners to deliver.
