The Company’s Pratt County project is considered a developed oil and natural gas property. The Company’s subsidiary is Shoal Point U.S.A. Inc.

I will guess it was Eric from the black gold news letter that bought those shares. He wouldn't get a million options if he wasn't back in the game. He wouldn't get 1 million options if nothing was going on. Only my opinion
