This is reminiscent of the Nasdaq listing runup with VMD, early stage speculators are looking at this as a feasible plan, then comes the announcement, then the ETF/Index guys load up a head of the actual listing, then the listing and the value guys get on board,,. Higher share prices bring more institutional buying and so on,,. Good American company doing business in there own backyard and all, its a good story, a good fit,.

It's high time, were way undervalued as it is?
