I have been an Aeroplan member forever and hardly ever got a chance to use miles as I can usually book flights much cheaper that do not qualify. Hopefully they fix it as for the most part it is for the most part sort of sleezy in that many point seldom get used and when they do people are fooled into thinking they are getting something for free! It is why the Air Miles program is dying and being dropped by many stores and users!
