I always thought that the milestones were linked to the ability to produce 20,000 but that did not indicate that they needed to produce 20,000. Maximum capacity vs. Actual production is what matters. I thought of $2 million as help to reconfigure and retool the manufacturing floor for that maximum capacity. Some may be looking at it differently and saying that we can start that production today. I disagree, I do not think they paying that labour without that demand. The bottom line is that they can scale up to 20,000 monthly units, IF or when needed, but due to the labour component, not quite at the snap of a finger. But hey, if I am wrong, the SP will be much, much higher, so I will gladly be completely out to lunch!
Tough to refute this, bang on IMO.
