RE:PP is closedBeluga, this is great news even though the PP was not fully subscribed. This company is on a mission to control dilution and they have been very successful thus far, so my guess is since the warrants raised $650,000 without further diltion, perhaps they decided to raise less at $0.60 because they would now have enough money to accelerate drilling Pilar.... the company thus far have been true to their word, ie. little dilution, no cheap capital raises, and now we are off to the races.... Patience is now required if one wants to keep their leveraged stock bought at lower prices, in several months we will all look back and be very glad not to have sold stock.
It all comes down to this comment in my opinion....
Derek A. Wood, president and chief executive officer, commented: "We are extremely pleased with the progress of Pilar, especially with our recent drilling success and we look forward to an active year of drilling as we continue to unlock the property-wide potential of Pilar. We remain focused on maximizing shareholder value, with the closing of the private placement we now have the capital to not only advance Pilar but evaluate new gold assets in Mexico to add to the company's growing portfolio."
