Can't lay it out any more plain then that. All the people are in place. Just the rather annoying matter of the Wetlands Permit. Think of all the money that is not going into the local communities and employee bank accounts but rather the law offices of each side of the debate. What a shame.
You won't see a better time then now to be a buyer.
