Metallica Metals Corp.'s non-binding letter of intent (LOI) to sell FortyTwo Metals Inc. and the Max mine and mill (see Metallica Metals' (formerly Cameo Industries Corp.'s) press release dated Nov. 4, 2020) has been terminated in accordance with the provisions of the LOI.
