Warrants

WarrantsGroup question. If you were to have warrants and SZLS gets bought out and your warrants are indeed above strike price. What would happen to the Warrants if you didn't convert them in Time. Automatic conversion? Stock in Company that aquired SZLS or .... Thanks for the input
