First off he is on the institutional side in the bond market. My view on banks is I own them. They rip you off just about as much as the government. You can't beat them, you join them. And yes I agree several of them don't know a lot about a lot of things. Especially when you get discussing estate affairs and taxes. That's why you keep looking until you find the one that meets your needs. Anyways, Happy Halloween!
